I was craving Thai Ice Tea. Since the menu images looked so amazing I went all out and got the Mango Sticky Rice. Pumpkin Curry level spice 0-1. fresh salad roll with yummy peanut sauce. And The Delicious Thai Ice Tea. I filled my water bottle with 2 orders of the Thai Ice Tea for a road trip to California. Best Thai Food in OREGON. I became so obsessed with mango sticky rice and the Thai Ice Tea that I have started making it at home from Recipes I found on YouTube and ordering the exact same ingredients from Amazon and Asian Markets that the Restaurant uses. I still order the Curry and Fresh Rolls once a week and will continue to do so Rain Snow and Sunshine seasons all year round. I'm ADDICTED! They make the best comfort food and the flavor can not be beat anywhere else.

A friend recommended that we check out BG Food Cartel and omg. There was sooo much food to choose from! I had a hard time choosing but I knew I wanted something warm as it was a rainy day. So I decided to try the curry from here! It's located in between Palenaka's and Asian Legend in the BG Food Cartel in Beaverton on SW Rose Biggi Ave. There's a huge parking lot diagonal to the food truck area and street parking around the area. I got the Evil Prince curry with chicken and medium spiciness. SUPER reasonable pricing for the amount of food I got! I got a huge takeout tub of curry FILLED with meat and vegetables. Almost as if there wasn't any curry tbh LOL. The curry was also pretty good considering they had a huge menu. It was a red curry with a sweetish flavor. There wasn't much spiciness to it as I hoped. I was skeptical on whether a food truck would make their food REALLY spicy as some Thai places go crazy with their spiciness while others not so much. This was one of the Thai places that did not go crazy with the spiciness, which I guess was good to accommodate to many customers. There was so much curry that I wasn't able to finish even 1/3 of it. Another meal for the following day! Huge variety of rice, noodle, and curry dishes to choose from for a super reasonable price for huge portions too! Definitely a great spot to check out if craving Thai.

For the price, portion size, and flavor this is the best spot of Thai in Beaverton! The pumpkin curry is amazing and the phad thai is pretty good.

Affordable, good size portions, delicious. I stopped by after a hike with the puppy, and was craving Phad Thai, so I stopped at the food truck corral to see what there was in that department. This truck appeared clean and well put together. I walked up, was greeted by the man working the front. He wasn't overly warm, but we got to the point and ordered efficiently. I got a little device for when my food would be ready, which was no more than 10 minutes! Really quick, and I was on my way. The dish itself is hot and well cooked. The sauce is rather mild, but the flavors are good. I asked for 1* but I'm guessing it's a 0* as there's no spice at all, which I'm ok with, but it's worth noting. The ingredients taste, look and feel fresh. Overall, a good food truck experience and I would do it again!

Craving Thai food and got my fix! I like how the dishes are $9 for all protein (beef, chicken, tofu, veggies) and $10 for shrimp. It is straightforward and with a variety of menu items- pictures and menu description available. As I was debating what to order, someone came to pickup quite a large to go order and it was not only ready but packaged and organized. My order for tofu pad kee mao was put in and received a buzzer. I was also asked spice level, 1-5. Order was fast as the buzzer went off and given my entree, napkins, and utensil (fork) in a brown paper bag. If you need chopsticks they are off to the side. The spice level was perfect and fresh broccoli and bean sprouts had that crunch with the soft noodles and tofu. Good portion for lunch too. It hit the spot for my craving! The employee was wearing a mask and hand sanitizer available as well.
